Hi everyone My name is Alma Franco. I live on the beautiful Central Coast of California. I am blessed with a beautiful family. I am a Board Certified Functional Nutritionist and I specialize in Gut Health. The root cause of all illnesses starts with inflammation in the Gut. I put Christ at the center of everything I do. He guides me and he is the true healer. I have been helping people for a little over a year now but my knowledge of a holistic approach to health goes back 5 years. I reversed my type 2 diabetes twice using a holistic approach. I have a passion for helping people and teaching people how to regain optimal health . I use a whole body approach to health. I look at your Medical History from birth until now as well as genetics, stress, allergies etc. to determine the root cause of your symptoms. I come up with individualized Lifestyle Plans that include food and herbs as medicine, as well as supplements and Functional Lab Testing when needed. Let's get to the bottom of your symptoms together and create a lifestyle plan to ensure Wellness For Life.

Healing Phrase
Once we have discovered the root cause of your symptoms, I will Come up with a Whole Body Lifestyle Plan for you. Your plan will be individualized to you using evidence-based nutrition therapy, Stress and exercise management, as well as herbs and supplements or lab testing if needed. No two plans are the same this will be a personalized plan for you to ensure Wellness For life.
Result
While some changes you will experience immediately, you will have a clear sense of when you will reach your goals, whether that be Gut Repair, skin issues, or anything else. I will provide 1:1 support the whole way. You can finally relax and have confidence as you watch your symptoms start to vanish and get back to a healthy you.
Please keep in mind it takes time to heal your gut. So be patient it takes at least 3 months minimum to start seeing results. I will be here every step of the way to guide you through your wellness journey.
